Katie has been lecturing, writing, consulting, training therapists for over twenty-five years. Dedicated to promoting public awareness, professional support, and raising professional standards for Colon Hydrotherapy. Experienced knowledge includes: nutritional balancing through foods and supplementation, herbs, homeopathics, chiropractic, therapeutic massage, cranial sacral therapy, acupuncture, Rolfing, acupressure, trigger point therapy, bio-energy testing, Kinesiology, meditation, magnet therapy, emotional and spiritual realizations, colon irrigation, body and organ detoxification. The knowledge and experience from all these and more are included in her practice.
Presentations and workshops include topics covering the Colon, Digestion, Food Choices; Emotions and Health; Philosophy; Spiritual and Vibration Healing and others. Accomplishments include published articles in community newspapers, guest interviews on various health programs aired on TV and radio. She has been a continued guest lecturer for many groups and organizations including Lake Superior College and the University of Minnesota. Judy has been a student, teacher and practitioner in the holistic health field for over 22 years.
Her passion is in supporting herself and others in experiencing health and well-being, on all levels. She first discovered the power of colonic therapy in 2005, and is excited to share this with others. Other interests include continual learning, being in nature, and time with her husband, friends and dogs.

Erin worked for a large multi-national corporation for fifteen years and most especially enjoyed her experiences working in Asia and Latin America while installing and supporting local country IT systems.
Erin has long had an interest in natural health topics, and began her work as a colonic therapist after seeing her own health and that of other family members improve with Colonic therapy.
She lives in the NE metro with her husband and two sons, and they enjoy time spent together hiking in the woods in northern Minnesota.
Laurie Hovland

Colon Hydrotherapy experience started in July 2010 and continued with formal instruction and practical experience.
Laurie met her own health challenges through the knowledge she learned in the natural health field. With the help of Katie Murphy and the therapists at Healing Insights she was able to change the direction of her health and future.

Laurie is certified in three types of spiritual and metaphysical healing modalities as part of her ongoing journey to wellness. Laurie enjoys nature walks, rebounding, yoga, Pilates and music.
Joanna Walters

Joanna has been working as a Veterinary Technician and recently specializing in cats. Joanna, like so many therapists, became very interested in colonics as she began to experience wonderful health changes for herself.
She is interested in colonics for whole body detoxing, healing naturally without the use of medications, and as a part of a holistic lifestyle.
Joanna’s interests include reading, horseback riding, vegetable juicing, cooking, and spending time with her cats.
