From Hwy 94 – 6 miles East of St. Paul exit onto 494 South. Go 1.5 miles.

Exit onto Valley Creek Road. Take Left at top of exit ramp (East) onto Valley Creek Road.
Cross over 494 and go to first traffic light beyond highway exit/entrance ramps.
Take 1^st Right onto Woodlane Drive (South) and immediately get into left lane and prepare to turn into parking lot of building on the corner.
Take immediate Left into parking lot of the 2 story brick building on the SouthEast corner of intersection.

From Hwy 694 - Go East/South past the Hwy 94E intersection (at this point Hwy 694 become Hwy 494). Go 1.5 miles.

Take Penn Avenue Exit (just West of 35W intersection with 494).
Go South onto Penn Ave. (Left if coming from East on 494 – St. Paul) (Right if coming from Hwy 100 or West on 494).
Go Right onto W.81st Street. (just 1 block south of American Blvd intersection – a car/jeep dealership is on the right side of road).
Go Left into Southtown Office Park parking lot.
